🍟 Light, crispy hake fillets baked to perfection, served with golden homemade fries — a simple, healthy, and delicious meal ready for any day of the week!
Ingredients
- For the fish:
- 🐟 4 hake fillets (or any white fish)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🍋 Lemon juice (for drizzling)
- 🌿 Dried parsley
- 🌾 1 teaspoon flour (for dusting)
- 🛢️ Olive oil for brushing
- For the fries:
- 🥔 4 large potatoes
- 🧂 Salt, to taste
- 🛢️ Olive oil for baking
Preparation
- 1. 🥣 Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. 🐟 Season the hake fillets with salt, pepper, a drizzle of lemon juice, and sprinkle with dried parsley. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- 3. 🌾 Lightly dust the fillets with flour and brush with olive oil.
