Description

Ingredients
- đ 2 sea bass fillets, skin-on (150â180âŻg each / 5â6 oz)
- đ§ 2 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
- đŤ 30âŻml extra virgin olive oil (2 tbsp)
- đ 15 ml lemon juice (1 tbsp, from ½ lemon)
- đż 4âŻg fresh parsley, chopped (1 tbsp)
- đ§ Salt and pepper to taste
- đ Optional: extra lemon wedges for serving
Preparation
- 1ď¸âŁ Prep fish: Pat fillets dry with a paper towel. Score skin lightly. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2ď¸âŁ Heat pan: In a nonstick or cast-iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- 3ď¸âŁ Sear: Place fish skin-side down. Press gently to avoid curling. Cook 3â4 min until skin is crispy.
- 4ď¸âŁ Flip briefly: Turn fillets and cook 1â2 min more until just cooked through.
- 5ď¸âŁ Finish: Turn off heat, add garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Spoon over the fillets.
