Ingredients
- 🍌 1 ripe banana (approx. 120 g)
- 🥛 250 ml cold milk (1 cup) — dairy or plant-based
- 🍯 10 g honey (1 tsp) or to taste
- ❄️ 4–5 ice cubes
- 🌰 Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract
Preparation
