Cooking steak has never been easier! With an air fryer, you get a perfectly seared exterior and a juicy, tender interior in just minutes. Ideal for a quick yet luxurious lunch or dinner!
🥩 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (250–300g each)
🛢 1 tbsp olive oil
🧂 Salt, to taste
🌿 Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
🌱 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
🧈 1 tbsp butter (for serving)
1️⃣ Preparation:
Pat steaks dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs.
Let steaks sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cooking:
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3–5 minutes.
Place steaks in the basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
8 minutes = medium-rare
9 minutes = medium
10 minutes = medium-well
Adjust timing depending on your steak thickness.
3️⃣ Resting:
Remove steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Top each steak with a little butter before serving for extra richness.
