🧀 Light, crisp, and full of flavor — these cucumber rolls are filled with herbed cream cheese and make the perfect refreshing appetizer or party bite.
🥒 2 large cucumbers
🧀 200g cream cheese (or goat cheese)
🌿 1 tbsp fresh dill or chives, finely chopped
🧄 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🍋 A few drops of lemon juice
🌶️ Chili flakes or paprika (optional, for topping)
1. 🥄 In a bowl, mix cream cheese with herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2. 🔪 Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline, slice cucumbers lengthwise into long, thin ribbons.
3. 🧀 Place a small amount of filling at one end of each slice and roll tightly.
4. 🌿 Arrange on a serving plate, seam side down. Sprinkle with chili flakes or extra herbs if desired.
5. ❄️ Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best texture.
