Ingredients
- π Apricots, ripe, pitted & chopped: 250 g (1ΒΎ cups / 8.8 oz)
- π₯ Plain Balkan/Greek yogurt: 300 ml (1ΒΌ cups / 10 fl oz)
- π Banana, sliced (small): 80 g (ΒΎ cup / 2.8 oz)
- π― Honey or sugar: 10β15 g (2β3 tsp / 0.35β0.53 oz) β to taste
- π Fresh lemon juice: 10 ml (2 tsp / 0.34 fl oz)
- π§ Pinch of salt: 0.5 g (β

- π§ Ice cubes: 6β8 (β1 cup)
- π° Slivered almonds (optional garnish): 1 tbsp (8 g / 0.28 oz)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Add apricots, yogurt, banana, honey, lemon juice, and salt to a blender; blend until smooth.
- 2οΈβ£ Add ice and pulse to a frosty, pourable texture.
