Ingredients
- 🍒 Sour cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen): 280 g (2 cups / 9.9 oz)
- 🥛 Bulgarian-style yogurt (kiselo mlyako), full-fat: 300 ml (1¼ cups / 10 fl oz)
- 💧 Cold water or milk: 100 ml (⅖ cup / 3.4 fl oz)
- 🍯 Honey or sugar: 10–20 g (2–4 tsp / 0.35–0.7 oz) — to taste
- 🍋 Fresh lemon juice: 10 ml (2 tsp / 0.34 fl oz)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt: 0.5 g (⅛ tsp / 0.02 oz)
- 🧊 Ice cubes: 6–8 (≈1 cup)
- 🌿 Vanilla extract (optional): ¼ tsp (1.25 ml / 0.04 fl oz)
Preparation
