Ingredients
- π Ripe apricots, pitted (fresh or frozen): 260 g (1ΒΎ cups / 9.2 oz)
- π₯ Kefir (or thick plain yogurt): 300 ml (1ΒΌ cups / 10 fl oz)
- π§ Cold water or milk: 120 ml (Β½ cup / 4 fl oz)
- π― Honey or sugar, to taste: 12β24 g (2β4 tsp / 0.4β0.85 oz)
- π Fresh lemon juice: 10 ml (2 tsp / 0.34 fl oz)
- π§ Pinch of salt: 0.5 g (β
tsp / 0.02 oz)
- π§ Ice cubes: 6β8 (β1 cup)
- πΏ Ground cinnamon or vanilla (optional): 0.5 g (ΒΌ tsp / 0.02 oz)
- π° Ground walnuts (optional richness): 10 g (1 tbsp / 0.35 oz)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Add π apricots, π₯ kefir, π§ water/milk, π― honey, π lemon, π§ salt, and πΏ spice (if using) to a blender; blend until very smooth.
- 2οΈβ£ Add π§ ice (and π° walnuts if using); pulse to a frosty, pourable texture.
