Ingredients
- π Lemons, juice freshly squeezed: 120 ml (Β½ cup / 4 fl oz)
- πΏ Fresh mint leaves (packed): 20 g (2 packed cups / 0.7 oz)
- π§ Cold water: 240 ml (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
- π― Sugar or honey: 35β50 g (3β4 tbsp / 1.2β1.8 oz), to taste
- π§ Ice cubes: 300 g (3 cups / 10.6 oz)
- β Optional: a pinch of salt, lemon zest strip for aroma
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Prep the jar β Add lemon juice, cold water, sugar (or honey), mint leaves, and a small pinch of salt to a powerful blender.
- 2οΈβ£ Blend β Add the ice and blend 30β45 sec until thick and slushy; taste and sweeten if needed.
