Melts in your mouth. A perfect dessert for special occasions – or when you want to end a classic meal with something refined but easy.
🍫 200 g white chocolate
🥛 100 ml heavy cream (for melting)
🥚 2 egg whites
🥄 1 tbsp powdered sugar
🥛 150 ml heavy cream (for whipping)
🧂 A pinch of salt
1️⃣ Melt the 🍫 white chocolate with 100 ml cream over a double boiler. Let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Beat 🥚 egg whites with 🧂 salt until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whip 150 ml cream until fluffy.
4️⃣ Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate. Then carefully fold in the egg whites.
5️⃣ Spoon into dessert glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
