A perfect dessert for special occasions – or when you want to end a classic meal with something refined but easy.
Ingredients
- 🍫 200 g white chocolate
- 🥛 100 ml heavy cream (for melting)
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🥄 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 🥛 150 ml heavy cream (for whipping)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Preparation
- 1️⃣ Melt the 🍫 white chocolate with 100 ml cream over a double boiler. Let cool slightly.
- 2️⃣ Beat 🥚 egg whites with 🧂 salt until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
- 3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whip 150 ml cream until fluffy.
- 4️⃣ Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate. Then carefully fold in the egg whites.
- 5️⃣ Spoon into dessert glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
