๐Ÿ‚ A hearty, slow-cooked stew made with tender pork, sweet paprika, onions, and a rich, savory sauce. This paprikaลก brings warmth and comfort straight to your bowl.

Ingredients

๐Ÿ– 600g pork shoulder or neck, cut into cubes

๐Ÿง… 2 onions, finely chopped

๐Ÿซ‘ 1 red bell pepper, diced

๐Ÿง„ 2 cloves garlic, minced

๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1 tbsp sweet paprika

๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Optional: ยฝ tsp hot paprika or chili flakes

๐Ÿ… 1 tbsp tomato paste

๐Ÿง‚ Salt and pepper, to taste

๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ 3 tbsp oil or lard

๐Ÿ’ง 500ml water or light broth

๐ŸŒฟ Optional: bay leaf or chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

1. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat oil in a wide pot, add chopped onions and sautรฉ until soft and golden.

2. ๐Ÿง„ Add garlic and bell pepper, cook for 2โ€“3 minutes.

3. ๐Ÿฅฉ Add pork cubes, season with salt and pepper. Brown the meat on all sides.

4. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Stir in paprika (sweet and hot), then add tomato paste. Mix well.

5. ๐Ÿ’ง Pour in water or broth to cover the meat. Add bay leaf if using.

6. ๐Ÿ•’ Simmer on low for about 1.5 hours, uncovered, until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens. Add a splash more water if needed during cooking.

7. ๐ŸŒฟ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
