- π· 35 ml apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar (2 tbsp + 1 tsp / 1.2 fl oz)
- π 20 ml lemon juice (4 tsp / 0.68 fl oz)
- π― 10 g honey or sugar (2 tsp / 0.35 oz)
- β« 2 g black pepper (1 tsp / 0.07 oz)
- πΆοΈ 1 g chili flakes, optional (Β½ tsp / 0.04 oz)

Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Shred the cabbage π₯¬
- Slice the cabbage very finely with a sharp knife or mandoline. Place it in a large bowl so there is enough space to toss it properly.

- Add the salt and massage the cabbage firmly for 1β2 min until it softens slightly, turns glossy, and releases a little juice.
