🍅 One-Pan Baked Gnocchi with Tomato & Mozzarella

Soft gnocchi, tangy tomato sauce, bubbling mozzarella — all baked in one dish. No boiling. No fuss. Just 25 minutes to a cozy, cheesy, Italian-inspired dinner that tastes like a warm hug.

Ingredients

🥔 500g store-bought gnocchi (uncooked)

🍅 400g canned crushed tomatoes

🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced

🌿 1 tsp dried oregano

🧂 Salt & pepper, to taste

🧀 200g mozzarella, torn into chunks

🫒 2 tbsp olive oil

🌱 Fresh basil, for serving

Preparation

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

2️⃣ In a baking dish, combine uncooked gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, 🧄 garlic, 🧂 seasoning, 🌿 oregano, and 🫒 olive oil. Mix well.

3️⃣ Add half the 🧀 mozzarella and stir again.

4️⃣ Top with remaining mozzarella. Cover with foil.

5️⃣ Bake for 20 min, then uncover and bake 5 more min until golden and bubbling.

6️⃣ Top with fresh 🌱 basil and serve hot.
