Description

A zesty, sparkling cocktail that looks like a late-summer sky and tastes like citrus kissed by herbs. This light and refreshing drink blends gin, fresh orange, and tonic for a perfect golden-hour sip.

Ingredients

• 🍸 50ml dry gin
• 🍊 50ml fresh orange juice
• 🍋 15ml lemon juice
• 🧊 Ice cubes
• 🫧 Tonic water, to top
• 🌿 Optional: rosemary or thyme sprig
• 🍊 Orange slice, for garnish

Preparation
