Ingredients

- 🥚 3 large eggs
- 🥣 200 ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) plain yogurt
- 🫒 100 ml (1/2 cup) sunflower or vegetable oil
- 🧂 1 tsp baking powder
- 💧 Salt to taste (only if cheese is not salty)
- 🧈 Butter or more oil, for brushing the top
Preparation
- 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine 🧀 cheese, 🥚 eggs, 🥣 yogurt, 🫒 oil, 🧂 baking powder, and 💧 salt if needed. Mix until creamy.
