Description

Ingredients
πΎ 300 g all-purpose flour (2 Β½ cups)
π§ 160 ml warm water (β cup)
π§ Β½ tsp salt
π½ Cornstarch for dusting
Preparation
1οΈβ£ Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Slowly add warm water while stirring with chopsticks or a fork until shaggy dough forms.
2οΈβ£ Knead: Knead for 8β10 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
