Description

Ingredients
🌾 300 g all-purpose flour (2 ½ cups)
💧 160 ml warm water (⅔ cup)
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🌽 Cornstarch for dusting
Preparation
1️⃣ Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Slowly add warm water while stirring with chopsticks or a fork until shaggy dough forms.
2️⃣ Knead: Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Shape: Cut dough into 2 pieces. Roll each into a log, then cut into 12–14 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin round (8–10 cm).
4️⃣ Use immediately or stack with cornstarch-dusted parchment and cover until ready to fill.
