Ingredients
π 2 white fish fillets (e.g., tilapia or snapper), 300β―g total (10.5β―oz)
π Juice of 1 lime
π§ 2 garlic cloves, minced
πΆοΈ 1 fresh chili (guajillo or jalapeΓ±o), thinly sliced
π§ 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
π§ 1 small onion, thinly sliced
πΏ 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (15β―g / 0.5β―oz)

Preparation
