π 150g breadcrumbs

For the fries:
π₯ 4 large potatoes
π’οΈ Vegetable oil, for frying

1. π¨ Gently pound the veal cutlets to about 4mm thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. π₯£ Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
3. β Dredge each cutlet first in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Press lightly so the crumbs stick.
4. π₯ Heat enough oil or clarified butter in a large pan. Fry the schnitzels one at a time until golden and crispy (about 2β3 minutes per side).

6. π₯ Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry well.
