  2. 2️⃣ Prepare fish: Rinse and pat dry the trout. Make 3 shallow slashes on each side.
  3. 3️⃣ Stuff & season: Insert garlic and lemon slices into the cavity and cuts. Season with salt.
  4. 4️⃣ Drizzle: Place on parchment-lined tray, drizzle with olive oil. Add herbs on top.
  5. 5️⃣ Bake: Roast uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until skin is crisp and fish flakes easily.
