Born from a happy mistake in Milan, this bubbly Negroni twist replaces gin with prosecco. Itβs bitter, light, and charming β like an aperitivo at sunset in Rome. Easy to love, easier to sip.
Ingredients

- π₯ 30 ml sweet red vermouth (1 oz)
- π 30 ml Campari (1 oz)
- π₯ 60 ml prosecco (2 oz, chilled)
- π Orange slice or peel for garnish
Preparation
