Description
Born from a happy mistake in Milan, this bubbly Negroni twist replaces gin with prosecco. It’s bitter, light, and charming — like an aperitivo at sunset in Rome. Easy to love, easier to sip.
Ingredients
🧊 Ice cubes
🥃 30 ml sweet red vermouth (1 oz)
🍊 30 ml Campari (1 oz)
🥂 60 ml prosecco (2 oz, chilled)
🍊 Orange slice or peel for garnish
Preparation
1️⃣ Chill glass: Fill a lowball or rocks glass with ice.
2️⃣ Pour base: Add vermouth and Campari.
3️⃣ Top it off: Gently pour chilled prosecco over the top.
4️⃣ Stir once: Give it a gentle stir to combine.
5️⃣ Garnish: Add an orange slice or twist.

Advice
For a lighter twist, serve in a wine glass with extra ice and a splash more prosecco.
Status
🍊 Bubbly, bitter-sweet, and dangerously smooth — Negroni Sbagliato is Italy’s happiest cocktail accident.
