Ingredients

• 🥩 4 thin pork neck steaks (Vešalica), about 150g each
• 🥓 4 slices smoked bacon
• 🧀 100g mozzarella or cream cheese
• 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
• 🌿 Dried oregano or thyme (optional)
• 🛢️ Olive oil for brushing

Preparation

• 1 ✋ Lightly pound the pork steaks to make them thin and even.
• 2 🧂 Season each steak with salt, pepper, and herbs.
• 3 🥓🧀 Place a slice of bacon and a spoonful of cheese on each steak.
• 4 🔗 Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
• 5 🔥 Grill over medium-high heat, turning regularly, until cooked through and nicely charred (about 10–12 minutes).
