Description

Ingredients
🥩 4 thin pork neck steaks (Vešalica), about 150g each
🥓 4 slices smoked bacon
🧀 100g mozzarella or cream cheese
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🌿 Dried oregano or thyme (optional)
🛢️ Olive oil for brushing
Preparation
1. ✋ Lightly pound the pork steaks to make them thin and even.
2. 🧂 Season each steak with salt, pepper, and herbs.
