1) Eligibility & Account

• You may create an account to publish recipes and interact with the community. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

2) User Content & License (Recipes, Photos, Media)

By submitting content (including recipes, photos, videos, and descriptions), you represent that you own or have rights to share it. Upon publishing, you grant Granny Zen Kitchen a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise use your content in connection with the platform and our services (including across social media and promotional materials).

Profile deletion does not remove published recipes. If you delete your account/profile, your previously published recipes and related public content may remain available on the platform to preserve community integrity and continuity.

3) Ownership & Site IP

Site design, branding, code, compilations, and original editorial content are the intellectual property of Granny Zen Kitchen and are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site materials without prior written permission.

4) Content Standards & Moderation

• Recipes must be clear, safe, and useful: include ingredients, steps, times, and relevant notes (e.g., allergens if known).
• We may edit, reformat, tag, or curate content for clarity, consistency, or discoverability.
• We may remove any content that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
• We may remove or suspend user accounts in cases of rule violations, abuse, spam, or suspected fraud.

5) Community Conduct (Comments, Ratings, Interactions)

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language are strictly prohibited.
• No spam, self-promotion abuse, or manipulation of ratings/reviews.
• Do not post others’ private information or impersonate others.
• We may delete comments or reactions and restrict features to protect the community.

6) Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities, security breaches, scraping at scale, or reverse engineering the service.
• Uploading malware, malicious code, or attempting to disrupt operations.
• Posting content that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).

7) Third-Party Links, Services & Advertising

The platform may include links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access third-party sites at your own discretion.

The Site may also display advertising and content provided by third parties (including Google AdSense and other partners). Recipes are shared for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition data, allergen information, or outcomes. Always use your own judgment and consult professionals for dietary or health concerns. You are responsible for verifying ingredients, preparation methods, and safe food handling.

9) Warranties Disclaimer

The platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, or that any recipe or method will produce a particular result.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granny Zen Kitchen and its owners, affiliates, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising out of your use of the platform or reliance on user-generated content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Granny Zen Kitchen, its owners, affiliates, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
