This smoothie tastes like a Mexican summer — ripe mango blended with lime and creamy yogurt. Refreshing, sweet-tart, and energizing, it’s a perfect breakfast or afternoon reset.
Ingredients
- 🥭 250 g ripe mango, peeled and chopped (1 ½ cups)
- 🍋 15 ml fresh lime juice (1 tbsp)
- 🥛 200 ml plain yogurt (¾ cup)
- 🍯 10 g honey (2 tsp)
- 🧊 120 ml ice cubes (½ cup, about 6 cubes)
- 🌿 Optional: mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
- 1️⃣ Add mango, yogurt, lime juice, honey, and ice to a blender.
- 2️⃣ Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- 3️⃣ Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
