Ingredients
- 🍄 250 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced (8.8 oz)
- 🥬 300 g bok choy, roughly chopped (10.5 oz)
- 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 🫚 6 g fresh ginger, grated (1 tbsp)
- 🥢 30 ml soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- 🌿 10 ml sesame oil (2 tsp)
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌶 Optional: chili flakes for extra heat
Preparation
- 1️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
- 2️⃣ Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 3️⃣ Add mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes until soft.
- 4️⃣ Add bok choy and soy sauce, stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 5️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional). Serve hot 🍄🥢.
