Ingredients

  • 🍄 250 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced (8.8 oz)
  • 🥬 300 g bok choy, roughly chopped (10.5 oz)
  • 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 🫚 6 g fresh ginger, grated (1 tbsp)
  • 🥢 30 ml soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • 🌿 10 ml sesame oil (2 tsp)
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🌶 Optional: chili flakes for extra heat

Preparation

  • 1️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
  • 2️⃣ Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
