Ingredients
- 🍑 200 g ripe yellow peaches, peeled and chopped (7 oz)
- 🍒 15 g dried goji berries (0.5 oz), soaked in warm water
- 🍯 10 g honey (2 tsp)
- 🥛 200 ml unsweetened soy milk (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
- ❄️ 100 g ice cubes (3.5 oz)
- 🍋 Optional: 5 ml lemon juice (1 tsp), for brightness
Preparation
