Ingredients

  • 🍑 200 g ripe yellow peaches, peeled and chopped (7 oz)
  • 🍒 15 g dried goji berries (0.5 oz), soaked in warm water
  • 🍯 10 g honey (2 tsp)
  • 🥛 200 ml unsweetened soy milk (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
  • ❄️ 100 g ice cubes (3.5 oz)
  • 🍋 Optional: 5 ml lemon juice (1 tsp), for brightness

Preparation
