Ingredients
- 🐟 2 white fish fillets (e.g., tilapia or snapper), 300 g total (10.5 oz)
- 🍋 Juice of 1 lime
- 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 🌶️ 1 fresh chili (guajillo or jalapeño), thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 🌿 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (15 g / 0.5 oz)
- 🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste
- 🫔 2 sheets parchment paper (or foil)
Preparation
- 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- 2️⃣ In a bowl, marinate fish with lime juice, garlic, chili, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- 3️⃣ Place each fillet on a parchment sheet. Top with tomato, onion, and cilantro.
- 4️⃣ Fold the paper tightly into a packet.
