Ingredients
- π 200 g soba noodles (buckwheat) (7 oz)
- π§ 500 ml water (2 cups)
- π§ 50 ml soy sauce (3 tbsp)
- π 1 tbsp mirin (or a few drops of maple syrup for fasting)
- π± 1 tbsp finely chopped green onions
- πΏ 1 tsp freshly grated wasabi or horseradish
- π 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into thin strips
Preparation
