Ingredients
- π 150 g (1 ΒΌ cups) glutinous rice flour (mochiko)
- π¬ 100 g (Β½ cup) sugar
- π§ 240 ml (1 cup) water
- π΅ 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- π½ Cornstarch for dusting
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Mix mochiko, sugar, matcha, and water in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- 2οΈβ£ Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well.
- 3οΈβ£ Repeat microwaving in 1-minute intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is thick and sticky (about 3 minutes total).
