Ingredients

- For the Filling
- π 200 g (7 oz) minced pork

50 g (Β½ cup) finely chopped onion
- π 30 g (ΒΌ cup) shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
- π₯’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- πΆ 1 tbsp sake
- π― 1 tsp sugar
- π§ Pinch of salt
- π½ 1 tsp cornstarch
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- 2οΈβ£ Add warm water and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- 3οΈβ£ Mix all filling ingredients in a separate bowl until combined.
- 4οΈβ£ Divide dough into 6 equal pieces, flatten each into a circle.
- 5οΈβ£ Place 1β2 tbsp of filling in the center, pinch edges to seal.
