Ingredients
For the Dough

For the Filling

πΆ 1 tbsp sake
π― 1 tsp sugar
π§ Pinch of salt
π½ 1 tsp cornstarch
Preparation
1οΈβ£ Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
2οΈβ£ Add warm water and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
