Ingredients
- π« 300 g (10.5 oz) fresh or frozen edamame pods
- π§ 1 tbsp coarse sea salt (plus extra for sprinkling)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Boil water in a medium pot and add 1 tbsp sea salt.
- 2οΈβ£ Add edamame pods and cook for 3β4 minutes until tender but firm.
- 3οΈβ£ Drain well and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4οΈβ£ Sprinkle generously with coarse sea salt.
