🥣 Creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with antioxidants — this blueberry banana smoothie is a refreshing boost any time of day!
🍌 1 ripe banana
🍇 100g frozen or fresh blueberries
🥛 200ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
🍯 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
🧊 A few ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
1. 🍌 Slice banana and place all ingredients into a blender.
2. 🌀 Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. 🧊 Add more milk if thinner texture is desired.
4. 🥤 Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
