Ingredients
- 🐟 4 salmon fillets (600 g / 1.3 lb)
- 🍶 3 tablespoons white miso paste (45 g / 1.6 oz)
- 🧂 2 tablespoons soy sauce (30 ml / 1 fl oz)
- 🍯 1 tablespoon honey (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
- 🍋 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
- 🧄 1 garlic clove, minced
- 🧅 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 🍚 Cooked white rice, for serving
Preparation
- 1️⃣ In a small bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic until smooth.
- 2️⃣ Coat salmon fillets with the marinade in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 3️⃣ Preheat broiler to high. Line a tray with foil and place salmon skin-side down.
- 4️⃣ Broil for 6–8 minutes or until slightly charred and cooked through.
