Ingredients

🐟 2 fresh tuna steaks (about 150–180g each)

πŸ§„ 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

πŸ‹ Juice and zest of Β½ lemon

πŸ›’οΈ 2 tbsp olive oil

🌿 Fresh parsley or thyme (optional)

πŸ§‚ Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1. πŸ§‚ Pat tuna steaks dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. πŸ›’οΈ In a skillet, heat olive oil over high heat.

3. πŸ§„ Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds (don’t burn it).
