Ingredients
- 🍶 Umeshu (plum wine): 60 ml (2 fl oz)
- 💧 Chilled soda water: 120–150 ml (4–5 fl oz)
- ❄️ Ice cubes
- 🍋 Thin lemon wheel or shiso leaf, for garnish
Preparation
