Ingredients
- π₯ Ripe mango flesh, chilled: 300 g (10.6 oz)
- π₯ Plain full-fat yogurt, chilled: 250 ml (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
- π§ Cold milk or water: 100 ml (β
βΒ½ cup / 3.4β4 fl oz)
- π― Sugar or honey: 15β20 g (1β1Β½ tbsp / 0.5β0.7 oz), to taste
- πΏ Ground cardamom: β
tsp (0.3 g)
- βοΈ Ice cubes: 4β6 (optional)
- π§ Pinch of salt (optional, boosts sweetness)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Add π₯ mango, π₯ yogurt, π§ milk/water, π― sweetener, πΏ cardamom (and π§ if using) to a blender.
- 2οΈβ£ Blend until velvet-smooth; add βοΈ ice if you want it extra cold and whir again.
- 3οΈβ£ Taste and adjust sweetness/consistency (a splash more milk for thinner). Pour into a chilled glass.
