Ingredients

• 🥂 Dry white wine (Graševina or similar), well-chilled: 150 ml (⅔ cup / 5 fl oz)
• 💧 Soda water, very cold: 150 ml (⅔ cup / 5 fl oz)
• 🧊 Ice cubes (optional, traditional serve is without): ≈1 cup (8–10 cubes)
• 🍋 Lemon peel or slice, for garnish: 1 (to taste)

Preparation

1. 1️⃣ Pre-chill the glass, wine, and soda (the colder, the better).
2. 2️⃣ Pour wine into the glass, then gently top with soda.
3. 3️⃣ Add ice if using; express a lemon peel over the top and garnish. Avoid vigorous stirring to preserve bubbles.
