Description

Icy-fresh highball of mint liqueur and anise-scented mastika, lengthened with soda—cool, aromatic, beach-bar classic. 🫧🌿

Ingredients

• 🥃 Mastika (anise liqueur), chilled: 45 ml (1½ oz)
• 🌿 Menta (mint liqueur), chilled: 45 ml (1½ oz)
• 💧 Soda water, very cold: 120–150 ml (½–⅔ cup / 4–5 fl oz)
• 🧊 Ice cubes: ≈1 cup (8–10 cubes)
• 🍋 Lemon peel or wheel, for garnish: 1 (to taste)

Preparation

1. 1️⃣ Fill a chilled highball with 🧊 ice.
2. 2️⃣ Pour in 🥃 mastika and 🌿 menta.
3. 3️⃣ Top gently with 💧 soda; give one brief stir to keep bubbles lively.
4. 4️⃣ Express 🍋 lemon peel over the rim and drop it in. Serve immediately.
