- 🥃 45 ml Japanese whisky (blended or single malt)
- 🧊 120–150 ml super-chilled soda water (high carbonation)
- ❄️ Ice cubes (clear, hard ice if possible)
- 🍋 1 strip lemon peel (optional)
- 🧂 1 tiny pinch of salt (optional, enhances sweetness)
Preparation
- 1️⃣ Chill the highball glass in the freezer 10 min.
- 2️⃣ Fill the glass to the top with ice. Add whisky and stir 10–15 sec to super-chill.
