🥛 Smooth, warm, and lightly sweet — this semolina porridge is made with milk and a touch of vanilla. Perfect as a quick breakfast or comforting dessert.
🥛 500ml milk
🌾 50g semolina (griz)
🍬 1–2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
🌸 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract
🧂 Pinch of salt
🧈 Optional: 1 tsp butter (for extra creaminess)
🍫 Optional topping: cocoa powder, cinnamon, jam or fruit
1. 🔥 In a saucepan, heat milk with salt, sugar, and vanilla.
2. 🌾 When it starts to steam, slowly add semolina while constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
3. 🥄 Cook 5–7 minutes on low heat, stirring until thick and creamy.
4. 🧈 Stir in butter if desired.
5. 🍽️ Serve warm in bowls. Add toppings like cinnamon, cocoa, or a spoonful of jam.
