Description

Ingredients

  • 🥛 500ml milk
  • 🌾 50g semolina (griz)
  • 🍬 1–2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
  • 🌸 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract
  • 🧂 Pinch of salt
  • 🧈 Optional: 1 tsp butter (for extra creaminess)
  • 🍫 Optional topping: cocoa powder, cinnamon, jam or fruit

Preparation

  • 1. 🔥 In a saucepan, heat milk with salt, sugar, and vanilla.
  • 2. 🌾 When it starts to steam, slowly add semolina while constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
