  1. 1️⃣ Wash the peppers, slice off the tops and carefully remove the seeds.
  2. 2️⃣ In a bowl, mix together the cheese, ham, eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3️⃣ Fill each pepper gently—leave a little space at the top to let the filling settle as it bakes.
  4. 4️⃣ Arrange in a greased baking dish.
  5. 5️⃣ Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and lightly browned.
  6. 6️⃣ Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
