Crushed ice, watermelon, and pineapple – split in perfect balance. It looks like juice, but it moves like Long Island – in reverse. This isn't a cocktail for a quick sip. It's for those who know that some things hit you only after they pass.
Bottom layer (pineapple):
🍍 100 ml clear pineapple juice
🥃 10 ml white rum
🥃 10 ml vodka
🥃 10 ml triple sec
🧊 2 ice cubes
Top layer (watermelon):
🍉 120 g watermelon (seedless)
🧊 A handful of crushed ice
🍋 10 ml fresh lemon juice
🥃 10 ml gin
🥃 10 ml tequila
Garnish:
🌞 A paper cocktail umbrella (mandatory!)
🌿 Mint or a thin wedge of watermelon
🥤 A green & white twisted paper straw
1️⃣ Bottom layer: Shake pineapple juice with rum, vodka, triple sec, and ice. Strain into a tall glass.
2️⃣ Top layer: Blend watermelon, crushed ice, lemon juice, gin, and tequila until smooth.
3️⃣ Slowly pour the top layer over the back of a spoon to rest it gently on top of the yellow base.
4️⃣ Garnish with mint, a watermelon wedge, and the iconic green & white straw with a cocktail umbrella.
