Ingredients
Bottom layer (pineapple):
π 100 ml clear pineapple juice
π₯ 10 ml white rum
π₯ 10 ml vodka
π₯ 10 ml triple sec
π§ 2 ice cubes
Top layer (watermelon):
π 120 g watermelon (seedless)
π§ A handful of crushed ice
π 10 ml fresh lemon juice
π₯ 10 ml gin
π₯ 10 ml tequila
Garnish:
π A paper cocktail umbrella (mandatory!)
πΏ Mint or a thin wedge of watermelon
π₯€ A green & white twisted paper straw
Preparation
1οΈβ£ Bottom layer: Shake pineapple juice with rum, vodka, triple sec, and ice. Strain into a tall glass.
2οΈβ£ Top layer: Blend watermelon, crushed ice, lemon juice, gin, and tequila until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Slowly pour the top layer over the back of a spoon to rest it gently on top of the yellow base.
4οΈβ£ Garnish with mint, a watermelon wedge, and the iconic green & white straw with a cocktail umbrella.
