🧀🥓🍄 Breaded Crepes with Ham, Cheese & Mushrooms

Description

Crispy on the outside, melty and savory on the inside. A classic comfort dish – perfect for lunch, dinner, or when you want to impress without much fuss.

Ingredients

For the crepes:

🥛 300 ml milk

🥚 2 eggs

🥣 150 g flour

🧂 Pinch of salt

🫒 A little oil for the pan

For the filling:

🧀 150 g grated cheese

🥓 150 g ham (chopped)

🍄 150 g mushrooms (finely chopped and sautéed)

For breading:

🥚 2 eggs

🍞 Breadcrumbs as needed

🛢️ Oil for frying

Preparation

1️⃣ Make the crepes and let them cool slightly.

2️⃣ In a pan, lightly sauté the 🍄 mushrooms until moisture evaporates.

3️⃣ Fill each crepe with ham, mushrooms, and grated cheese.

4️⃣ Fold in the edges and roll up tightly.

5️⃣ Dip each roll into beaten 🥚 eggs, then coat with 🍞 breadcrumbs.

6️⃣ Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

7️⃣ Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
