- π 2 ripe bananas, frozen (2)
- π₯ 250 ml milk or oat milk (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
- π₯£ 120 g Greek yogurt (Β½ cup / 4.2 oz)
- πΎ 50 g rolled oats (Β½ cup / 1.8 oz)
- π― 20 ml honey (4 tsp / 0.7 fl oz)
- π« 25 g roasted soybean powder, injeolmi powder (ΒΌ cup / 0.9 oz)
- β« 4 g black sesame seeds (2 tsp / 0.14 oz)
- π§ 1 g fine sea salt (ΒΌ tsp / 0.04 oz)
- π§ 120 g ice (1 cup / 4.2 oz)
- Topping
- π« 10 g roasted soybean powder (1 tbsp / 0.35 oz)
- β« 2 g black sesame seeds (1 tsp / 0.07 oz)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Soften the oats
- Blend oats and milk for 20 sec, then rest 3 min so the smoothie turns silky instead of grainy. πΎ

- Add bananas, yogurt, honey, soybean powder, black sesame, and salt, then blend 30β40 sec until thick and smooth. π
- 3οΈβ£ Set the texture
