A bright Korean inspired cocktail with creamy makgeolli, pineapple, lime, and a gentle sparkle, refreshing, lightly sweet, and super smooth. πΉ

Ingredients
- π 120 ml pineapple juice, chilled (Β½ cup / 4 fl oz)
- πΆ 120 ml makgeolli, chilled (Β½ cup / 4 fl oz)
- π 15 ml lime juice (1 tbsp / Β½ fl oz)
- π― 10 ml honey syrup (2 tsp / 0.34 fl oz)
- π§ 180 g ice (1Β½ cups / 6.3 oz)
- π₯ 60β90 ml soda water, chilled (ΒΌββ
cup / 2β3 fl oz)
- π§ 1 pinch fine sea salt (pinch)
- Garnish
- π 1 pineapple wedge (1)
- πΏ 1 mint sprig (1)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Chill the glass
- Fill a tall glass with ice and let it sit 30 sec while you prep, then drain any meltwater. π§
- 2οΈβ£ Build the base
- Add pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and a pinch of salt, stir 10 sec. π
- 3οΈβ£ Add makgeolli gently
- Pour in makgeolli slowly so it stays creamy, stir once, very gently. πΆ
- 4οΈβ£ Finish with sparkle
- Top with soda water and give one small lift stir, keep the bubbles. π₯
- 5οΈβ£ Garnish and serve
- Add a pineapple wedge and mint, serve immediately while cold and lively. πΏ
